Revied this as a Father's day gift from my son. Although this is most likely an older mold, the kit is still high quality. I found the body had several areas of flash that took a bit of time to trim and sand. But once that was done, the body is excellent. Prior to painting, I glued on the front and rear fascia to the body. I recommend doing this since the glue mounting points for the fascia are very tiny and I would be concerned about glue smudges on the paint. I did have to trim about 1/16th of an inch off both tabs of the rear chassis in order to get it to fit into the body. If you did not glue on the rear fascia this trimming would most likely not be required since you could spread the rear fenders more without the fascia in place. Would also recommend taking a hobby knife to the door hinges on the body to make them a bit larger. This allows the doors to swing more freely. Without this, I found the doors did not fit into the body. By slightly enlarging the hinges, the fit was perfect. Lastly, I painted the white wall tires rather than using the fake looking white plastic inserts in the kit. I just used white craft paint diluted with a few drops of water. Took about 4 coats, but the results were well worth it.

Ordered on the 15th today is the 25th from ga to fla the tracking # is stuck somewhere between, “ you might get it, and maybe you won’t “ I could have walked there and got it faster. Then when I try to reach out to this company, it all the sudden can’t verify my email. The same email I log in to give them my money and somehow it’s verified then!! This kit was easy to put together, flash and mold lines not too bad, I like the optional custom parts, nice looking car
