The item received was not what is pictured. Pictured is a rural route style mailbox with flag on the side, what came was a 2 pack of 4 legged pull door drop boxes like one would find outside of a Post Office or the corner of a city block. I used a Dremmel and some Testor's putty to convert one to the rural mailbox I needed.... otherwise The quality is excellent
