Mustang Funny Car
This kit is snap together and not of fine exquisite detail and tiny parts. The Fake Out Mustang has a reasonably small number of parts and goes together rather easily. The engine halves do not line up the best, but everything goes together as the instructions intend. I glued the engine together because I found them a bit loose. Also, this allowed me to work on the misalignment. The body came molded in orange plastic with a sink hole in the middle of the hood. This was easily fixed doing a little automotive bodywork. Nothing new when working on a race car. Though, funny cars really should not be banging fenders. Lol. The decals were excellent. They went on well, settled over details using a little decal set and the film disappeared after clear coating. This would be a nice kit for a youngster who is into cars. It is also a nice kit for a novice or experienced builder to have a relaxed build. The wheels roll and the body goes up and down nicely. I love it. Whiplash is my next funny car in line.
