Not a bad little model
Decent little model. Had some issues with the hand and step rails breaking when getting them off the sprue, but was probably more my fault. I used to build larger versions of the Ah-64 kit growing up, but hadn't touched a model in over 25 years. It was a nice simple kit to try to get back into the hobby. The instructions could be a bit confusing at times, but the entire kit was simple enough that it wasn't hard to figure out. There wasn't much detail in the painting, other than just build it and then paint everything olive drab, so I took a few liberties there. But overall, it was a fun build and would definitely recommend. Also, take your time on the hellfire missiles. I found attaching them to the racks a bit frustrating.
Best AH-64A in 1/72 scale
This little AH-64 Apache kit is in my opinion the best in 1/72 scale as you can get. Crisp panel lines and loads of detail, make this kit a true gem and I highly recommend it for it's quality and price. Thank you Academy
