It could be better
By: DRACONUS64
The body was full of flash so after a good sanding the body was ready for paint. The frame was warped and I had to straighten out the frame using the hot water method. Fit wasn't bad. Painting was a nightmare at best. I kept getting a fisheye in the center of the roof. I had to strip the paint 3 times and it took lighter fluid remove the whatever was on the body. So after paint was fixed, I moved on. The instructions was well defined. The rest of the kit was good, fit and finish were good. I painted it red with a black interior. If you are someone who likes a challenge, then this is the kit for. I would look for a more friendly kit but for the subject matter is the only reason I bought it. I would recommend this kit to Only builders at a level 3 or better.

Could be better
I'm content with the kit but feel I'm going to combine it with the amt kit to make a better version. It will be a good kit to rob parts from though
Great reissue and nice box art
I remember the original, back in the '60's, will go nice with my Eliminator I & the Cougar F/C. Hope the P/S kits come back too!.

This kit was missing both traction bars, both wheel bars, roll cage. Car body was not smooth. Stay away from this kit.
