I love this kit and happy to see it back. Instruction booklet was very well done. Detail was excellent and flash was light and only needed sanding. Parts fit was spot on and didn't need any adjustment. I can't say enough good things about this kit. I painted it CAT Yellow and weathered it heavy. My only complaint is the hose supplied in the kit were a little hard to form so I replaced those with something more flexible. I would recommend this kit to experienced builders due to the fact of the number of parts (around 400) and the finished product is very LARGE.

I was so glad this kit was re released. Great in all areas . The instructions are nice, pictures along with tips and notes. Detail is good throughout . Tires are superb,they are two piece each, but after assembly you cant tell. The only problem i had was with the lift cylinders. The tubes that slide inside each other were hard to make work properly. They just dont function right. You might build your own out off hollow round tubing. This is one big truck when finished , looks great next to the bulldozer kit

I built this kit back in the 1980s when Ertl made them. Built a lot Ertl kits,but this is their best kit so far. This kit had tons of detail that's what made it so fun to build.I remember it was huge 1/25 scale truck kit. Really fun to build and it was a challenge. Should of kept it. Couldn't find them for years. Glad to AMT is remaking this kit.

Very happy to see this come back around. Thus vehicle is BIG.Nice detail to the engine and all around. It's big so detail is easier to paint and make it stand out. Did I mention that its BIG?

This kit far exceeded my expectations. Fit and finish were superb. The instructions were complicated but overall, above average. 400+ pieces. Worth every penny.

This looks to be an awsome kit with amazing instructions! I am excited to have found it hear for much less than any site!!
