Reviews : AMT 2021 Dodge Charger RT

Just finished the new 2021 Charger R/T and I feel it's one of the best kits to come out in a while. The engineering, the detail and the fitting of parts is excellent. The trimming of flash was nonexistant. Everything went together with ease. The instruction sheet is easy to read and understand. The decals, are easy to work with, come with several choices and ample duplicates of the small ones. My only negative thought is about the wheel attachment to the axle. I enjoyed building this kit so much I will probably buy another one. Anyone with very little modeling experience could produce a great model to display and be proud of.

Parts fit is 9 of 10, flash is 9 of 10, detail in molding 8 of 10, design is 10 of 10. Every part of the kit makes sense and is clearly marked. Instructions are very clear and callouts for paint colors are mostly correct except the 5.7L Hemi block is painted black at the factory so it can be identified among its larger variants at assembly and the kit calls for aluminum color. Highly recommend this kit

This is a well engineered kit, everything fit together perfectly and no flash at all. I would have given it five stars if I didn’t have issues with the decals. I could not get the stripe decals to settle around bumper contours and they didn’t react well at all to Walthers Solvaset. Maybe I had a bad batch, I don’t know.

Anytime you see an all new tooling kit from AMT you have to grab it. This kit went together effortlessly. The kit went together like a snap tite. I was very satisfied with this kit. Definitely a great buy and build

Very nice kit by AMT. Fit like a glove and nice detail. AMT did a good job with this. I like this kit so much I plan on purchasing a couple more.

This kit is well made with lots of parts in great detail.
