71 Hemi Charger
The original issue of this kit was excellent but they really messed it up for this version, first, the tires are too small but the biggest problem is the engine, they tried to turn a Chrysler big block into a Hemi, the heads&valve covers are too small and it has 383-440 style exhaust manifolds which are too small also, this is an inaccurate terrible engine, plus it has air conditioning which was not available when the Hemi engine was ordered.the rest of the kit is very good though,I'm glad i have original issues of this kit to correct the inaccuracies or I'll put a correct Hemi in it from another kit.SHAME ON YOU ROUND 2 FOR MESSING UP AN EXCELLENT MODEL CAR KIT !!! I WASTED MY MONEY EXCEPT FOR THE DECALS!!!

This was an enjoyable build with simple instructions and all the parts fit well. I was amazed how quickly I was able to build this kit because the parts had holes to attach the parts such as the bumpers. The interior went together well with all the parts fitting perfectly. This was truly the smoothest build I have experienced.

AMT did a great job making this newer kit. Fit was great, and load of available detail in the engine bay. Zero to very little flash. Tires are kinda skinny but they were back then, too. Like that aftermarket stuff is available for these cars also. Used some three part resin rims and a push bar.
