Love this house! It wasn't hard to build and looks just like the Craftsman style houses I remember seeing in PA where I grew up. Excellent detail all the way around (down to the Bilco basement doors on the back). Also very easy to add internal lighting. A good complimentary piece for this is a detached 1 or 2 car garage. All told, a perfect residence for the cranky old man that yells at kids to get off of his lawn.

Needed a typical American structure to fit in the residential area of my layout. This more than fit the bill! Directions were easy enough to read and pieces were numbered accordingly. Had a great time building it. I painted mine a different shade, but out of the box it was more than good enough appearance wise. worth the price!

Wonderful model. Highly detailed. Not for a beginner due to many very small, delicate pieces. Does not require any painting as the colors are all wonderful. Instructions are fairly clear.

I have a couple of houses by Atlas. By far, they are the best engineered plastic house kits on the market. I wish Atlas would come out with more of these.

As a beginner I thought this was a great product to start off with. It was very easy to build and looks great serving as my farm house.
