Easily assembled, offers nice features such as deck with lounge chairs and umbrella. Used in a residential area around Aurora Thunderjet road track. Apiaries and bushes very generic, could use more detail. Pool, cabana, figures and round planters not included. Has paper curtains for windows, patio door window curtain from another source.

It's a great model very easy to assemble. It snaps together for the most part, but some pieces should be glued like the 4 flood lights and the left & right side Walls & the chimney. Also all the furniture on the sun deck on top of the garage.
