Reviews : Badger Jar & Cover 3/4 oz

I've used Badger Airbrushes since 1981 and I love the airbrush but these bottles are not up to the standard of the old ones. I even replaced the foam gaskets (junk) with cork but the plastic lids don't seal and/or threads strip - some were stripped fresh from the box. Out of 20 that I bought, 4 of the bottles broke along the seam spilling paint all over my work surface, I use a Badger paint mixer and I don't know how much that had to do with the breakage but it's the same brand. Badger needs to rethink cost cutting and return to quality. I really can't recommend these bottles.

Badger must've cheapened their design. My 20 year old Badger 200 color cups with cork gaskets are still working well. I put lacquer thinner into this jar and sealed the lid, never tipped or shook it, and the next day the vapors alone had melted the foam gasket into a gooey slime ball. Fortunately it came off pretty much in 1 piece. But now I have a gasket less jar... Paasche still uses nice cork gaskets in their color cups and siphon jars which are virtually Identical to these and also inexpensive.

This glass jar uses a foam gasket to seal the plastic lid. Paint thinner dissolves that foam gasket, leaving blobs of plastic in the paint. These blobs play havoc with the airbrush and the painted finish on the model. Before using, replace the gasket with something impervious to paint thinner (cork, nylon, a durable cardboard, etc.).

i buy these often, i can pre mix my paints and store them in these bottles and when i need the paint a quick shake and i am ready to paint

great little jars with lids i use them for everything liquid from custom paint to thinners

good size for small workspace only issue is the seal ,a cork seal solves the issue

great paint jars for mixing colors to be air brushed.

Exactly what I need to store some of my mixed paints.

Good deal would definitely recommend good quality
