Just what I needed for my layout.
This is a very interesting building for such a simple build. The laser cuts were precise and easy to remove. The cracked sidewalk at the front door is a very nice touch. I chose not to use the non-working outside lamps in favor of using my own lighting scheme.

Fantastic model. Well done instructions and easy to follow graphics. Suggest painting everything before assembly. Final result matches provided pictures. Just like it looks on the photo provided. Easy assembly for even the novice of modelers.
Layout Structures
Good detail and instructions were easy to follow! The building lends itself to easy modifications so I will purchase more to modify!
