Good Project
My first Blair project (Laser-cut wooden kit) and it was a pleasant surprise and a very realistic looking project in my opinion. The quality and detail was outstanding, the wall was thick and nicely textured. After opening the kit to inspect, there was virtually no molding flash, all the parts where straight, and accounted for. The directions were clear and easy to follow, but this project required some skill to construct; the sidewalls and front wall took some skill to glue together. The wood seems to absorb the glue and print very rapidly and slightly warped the wood; which required me to hold the glued pieces together until they were dry. And; to print the walls I had to apply serval coats to attain a good finish. Overall great project and I recommend this to anyone or for any scenery.
Very detailed and very delicate
This was a great laser-cut wood kit with some extremely delicate pieces. Although one piece shattered when I simply picked it up with tweezers, I was able to glue it back and am still very happy with the overall kit. Difficulty level is definitely medium to expert simply based on part size and delicacy. So glad I ordered this one!
