Decent kit for a decent price these kits go together fairly easy so it does not take much to assemble them and they can make a neat looking town scene on your layout with some paint. I used the craft store paint they have a ton of colors and you can match them to the picture or change it up. I would use a primer first to cover the plastic so the paint goes on better otherwise you will be painting a few coats of paint.

This is the same soda shop I went to as a little boy; it's like a time capsule. A good price and good looking model with easy assembly. Wash all the parts in Dawn dish washing liquid before painting. The paint will adhere better. Use a light coat of spray gray primer and spray color; Testors works well. You can make a whole row of shops and stores for under $50.00 great buy ! .

Terrible kit. the roof was missing. And the instructions and drawings were terrible.
