Townhouse 1 , Great building Excellent detail , easy to build , SHARP Follow instructions ( sand edges , use a square , paint with very tiny brush ) . Used the left over roofing material to shade the windows , adds a nice touch . Take your time and it will come out beautifully Love the old town look of the DPM models .

A resin kit, with molded windows requiring extra time a care to paint a different color. Plain roof, has no detail. I kit bashed this kit with Townhouse #2 to make a 6 story apartment building, adding additional roof detail and separate fire escape kit to fill a narrow space in a city block on my layout.

Excellent detail, easy assembly looks great in most 20th and 21st century urban settings.

i bought all three kits. they are easy to build and have nice details
