So no decals no alignment tabs for the walls and make your own roof from thin polystyrene. No prefab roof and no tabs makes it difficult to square and align walls, and it will take some work to make the roof realistic, but the brick and stone detail make's it possible to duplicate the picture.

Not a very distinctive structure. Required a lot added detail IE; lighting-signs/billboards-roof equipment etc.

Making a row of stores and this model is just the right size and height. A good price. Looks really nice
