This is a nice kit for the cost, basic construction is pretty easy and this can be built in a few hours if your looking for a project to take on that is quick. Add primer you can paint with craft paint and come close to the color on the picture or do your own scheme. You can also add your own signs and details like mini blinds and curtains.

Easy to construct and the final product is good! My problem is that the structure does not come with sufficient individual uniqueness. It does lend itself to a lot of DIY modifications!
