Very Nice
Woodland Scenics continues their reasonable, great products with this kit. It is a very basic kit; outside walls, roof, clear for windows. Any additional details will have to be added. If you are looking for nice looking buildings to complete your town, but don't, or won't spend ridiculous amounts for them, then you can not go wrong with Woodland Scenics smaller kits.
Pros: A very nice looking building with excellent outside details, at a very reasonable price.
Cons: Lack of realistic details, such as roof details, window treatments, signage, decals, etc.
Older kit better product
This kit is almost too easy, only parts to glue are the chimney backs. The kit has a prefab roof which helps in squaring, and tabs to alien the walls. Design Preservation however does not still include dry transfer decals for windows and walls. As always the brick and stone detail lends for a beautiful model if you take the time to paint the contrasting colors.
