Nice quality nose cone from Estes
I've used this cone on several scratch projects and my purchases have been of consistently high quality. The cone is sturdy and includes an attachment point for your shock cord. There are some seam lines from the molding process but they are easily removed with a little sanding. In one case I used a little Squadron putty to fill in along the seam, but I consider this normal for molded plastic cones. Hobbylinc has a great price on this item.
Good quality plastic nose cone
Nose cone for BT-80 sized body tubes. Weight is 33.8 g. Slight plastic flashing along the seam line but normal for these types of nose cones and easily sanded smooth using 800+ sandpaper. Would buy again for a good quality and low cost nose cone.
Not Bad
I have ordered several of these over time and have been quite pleased that for a blow call it requires very little prep and sanding work at the joint areas.
