Great quality
The quality of the plastic used in this product is excellent. It was easy to cut and didn't warp or stretch. This made it easy to chip off corners or dig out gouges/damage.
The grooving between the squares is rather shallow, which can make it hard to cut and shape while still retaining the look of the squares. I used this to create some urban bases for 28mm miniatures and it worked, however I think it would be better suited for larger swathes of terrain, because of the shallow grooves. If you're looking for something to chop up I would recommend Evergreen's Tile line as the grooves are heavier/deeper.
