Typical Hobby Boss Model
I have built many Hobby Boss models and really enjoy them for the ease of construction and the nice looks of the finished product. They have a nice solid feel to them and have excellent outside details. The cockpit is pretty generic (seat & stick) but in this scale I personally don't care. This was probably one of the easiest biplanes I have ever built as the fit and engineering are excellent. Canopy and decals are also excellent. The only negative I have for this model (and most other Hobby Boss models) is the paining instructions. They were nonexistent during the build part and for the version that I built, the color call outs were wrong based on the illustration shown ( I built the version not shown in the cover art). The call outs on the first version looked correct. Overall I was pleased with the final product and look forward to building more Hobby Boss models in the future.
