Nice kit. No choice for decals.

I found the kit very nice for the price. The fit is quite good; very little putty/sanding. The decals are solely for an IDF version (as advertised in the kit name). I used French Mirage IIIB decals from Berna. Maybe I'm wrong, but the scale of the armaments/fuel tanks could be a bit large for the size of the plane (I built it without the tanks/armaments). NOTE: the model * will * sit on its tail (exhaust) if no ballast is added to the nose; ballast cannot be added after assembing the fuselage. Again, overall it's a good deal. If the kit came with a choice of decals, I'd give it another star.
Light-weight plastic makes a challenging fit but the price is right

The kit is made up of light-weight styrene as opposed to Italeri or Tamiya which have stiffer plastics. The kit is a good rendition of a Mirage IIICJ with appropriate ordinance. Hobby Boss could also include pilot figures which make the scale more realistic but this is not the trend in current manufacturers.Overall a nice kit for the price and a relatively easy build.
Excellent
A great model kit from Hobbyboss . This is my first Mirage III build and I liked all of the detailed parts while building it . There are 2 versions of this model You can either paint it gray aluminum or Israeli desert camouflage but overall a nicely detailed kit for the price I recommend adding one to your model jet collection . You won't be disappointed .
