This is the glue to use when you are gluing two painted parts together! The cyanoacrylate (CA/Super glue)formula allows the parts to fuse together better than all other types of glues. Other glues essentially only glue the paint together. When strength is needed in the joint, this product is the one to use. The gap filling property is also a real plus. Do not try to fill larger gaps with one big glob of glue, rather make several layers. You will get much better results. Another product to use with this item is Insta-set, a curing accelerator...a must when you need the joint that is being glued to cure instantly!

I spend almost every day now building model sailing ships, but until I found Hobbylinc's BSI INSTA-CURE glue, I had never used much ca adhesive. This stuff is remarkable in the way it helps me get deck pieces together, along with setting small cannons, gluing decks to hulls(which don't always fit right), and general small painted pieces. With Hobbylinc's extended tips and BSI's accelerator, nearly all difficult jobs are now a snap! If you need a ca glue that does it all, you've got to have this product. This stuff is great, plain and simple. It just works, filling in gaps and bonding a variety of things together. Especially for rocketry, the gap-filling aspect is very useful. For smaller rockets, this alone will usually hold fins in place (though I'd still encourage at least wood glue fillets). For larger rockets, a few dots along the root edge of a fin will hold it in place against the body tube or motor mount tube, after which you can deploy your favorite epoxy for filleting the fins, inside and out.

Exceptionally detailed build. As I find MOST Tamiya kits. I used a great deal of referencing from the May issue of MODEL AIRCRAFT BUILDER for details and their TIPS section, which when combined with Tamiya's exceptional directions afforded me the details. For the use of various washes, pigments, painting with both enamels and acrylics as well as when to air brush the clear coat then the application of the decals. I chose the 'B' version and although it used the most varied paints. I like it the best.

Had a rear stabilizer snap off on a Revell SBD Dauntless built I was putting together. Tried several different glues to reattach it but none worked out. Tried using an epoxy but that did not hold. Applied a small amount of the INSTA-CURE Gap Filling CA and it did the job. Saved me from scrapping a good build. I love this stuff. I suggest buying 2 of the smaller bottles as I have had bad luck with the first bottle drying out before I get to use it again.

Two tips here.. Do NOT use Insta-Cure (Or any other CA glue) to attach aircraft canopies or model car windshields. The glue will cause fogging of clear parts as it dries. ..And, unless you are doing a lot of CA gluing at once, buy the product in the smaller sizes. Superglue tends to harden in the bottle quickly after it's opened. I've lost much more to waste than I saved buying more than an ounce or so at a time. Happy modeling!

Over the years I have purchased many brands of CA glue and they all had the same problem. After a while the glue hardens in the container and can not be used. That’s a big waste. Tried the Hobby Linc CA glue and it lasts. Have had this glue for several months now and I’m still able to use it. I keep it closed by using a push pin in the top opening And it’s a great product with very good adhesive qualities

This is a great product, as other reviews point out bonds painted pieces together. The only pieces of advice i can give is to 1) use it sparingly (as with all superglues, it can mess up your paint job, 2) is a technique i came up with on the fly - use a micro or ultra fine applicator brush to apply the adhesive (minimal to 0 bleed). Just be VERY careful with application a little goes a VERY long way.

I bought this as my first CA glue and it worked great. After you use it, make sure you clean the tip well, or you will be prying the lid off later. I picked up a few new caps that could be swapped out when they get too bad, but I am still on the first bottle (cap #3). I think I may be overusing this and make sure I use the regular cement when possible and use the CA glue for the PE parts.

Like most fast setting CA glues great care needs to be taken so you do not accidently glue yourself together or glue the part to yourself and not the model. With that said fine Job Hobbylink. I have been using the glue all day. This is a great glue and you need very little of it to do the job. With this glue less is better. Highly recommend.

This is CA glue, an extremely strong adhesive. This glue has a high viscosity so it flows slower. This glue is great because it does not leave any noticeable residue. Back in my rookie days in modeling, I messed up when I used nail glue, which also has CA, but left CA residue on the clear part. That makes this CA glue suitable for modeling.

I typically use Tamiya cement or ultra thin cement for building models but sometimes you have large gaps that need more of a filling of glue which these work perfect for. Also works great for Photo-etch parts but remember a little goes a very long way. Cap stays on nice and tight so it doesn't dry out or thicken up.

This is my go to CA glue. Use an extender tip to get very small amounts in a precise location. Get an extra tip and don't cut it open so you can put it on the bottle after gluing. Put the tip that has been cut and the extender tip in a jar of acetone to dissolve glue build up and keep tips like new.

I used this INSTA-CURE from Hobby CA for the first time today, after receiving it from Hobbylinc with the package delivered yesterday. I really liked how it flowed into and filled the gap of the WWII soldier I was working on. It's another nice tool to have when needed.

This stuff works great. Fills in small gaps. Used it on 1/72 scale. Doesn't dry too fast. Gives you ample time to get parts into place. Best of all, Insta-Cure doesn't leave a white residue like other Cyanoacrylate products.

This is great stuff for those less then 100% plastic models where the parts just don't quite fit right but you don't want to leave an ugly gap. Dries quickly and can be painted over when fully cured.

Easy to use and works as described on numerous types of plastic that I have tried thus far. Cap seals excellent as container has been open for couple months and is still usable like new.

Like most CA glues don’t use on clear products unless you like foggy looking things…. Other than that the product works well… buy small bottles to use the glue less wasted glue….

Outstanding product! I have been using this more and more to glue just about everything (just make sure to have some Acetone / Nail Polish Remover ready just in case).

I used this for the first time and love it. Glue is distributed slowly and with the fine point goes exactly where you want it. Will buy more

Works very well on items with small gap fills. This in and can be sanded easy to work with. You do have to wait a bit for it to set up

The best CA for the money. Used it for years on balsa. Keep out of childrens reach to avoid stuck fingers and an irate mother.

Very nice blue.The hardest part.I just keeping the tip Clean other than that.The glue is act of song strongly suggested

This glue cures quicker than you get the opposing part to it. then it peels off and and does not adhere well

highly recommend for all pro builders cleans and easy to use. very strong and is sand able and printable

I did not have much luck with this product, it was just ok, more out there that are better.

Good at filling gaps but if you need it to set quickly, use a CA activator.

Works well to fill small gaps instead of dealing with putty all the time
