Late Zero From Hasagawa

I've just finished building this kit. It was a delightful build. Surface detail is fine and crisp recessed panel lines. There is also recessed rivet detail as well. It went together with nice fit and little or no putty at all. The cockpit detail is very nice. I'm sure that if you wanted you could bring this to a very high level of detail. It looked great when I finished it. The engine was very well finished as well. I think that if my skills were a little bit better I could have made a miniature marvel out of this kit. The clear parts were clean and clear. The raised canopy braises were well defined and easy to mask even without mask sets. I would very easily recommend this kit to a friend if he ,or she wanted to add this aircraft tp the collection. I can see myself getting another one to try a different scheme. I'd like to try some other weathering techniques with this kit.
