These cans come as a kit that requires good eyesight or 3x magnifiers, and very good dexterity with patience to construct. The instructions say to drill the wheels with a #72 (.025) drill, to fit them on the axles. The wheels ended up splitting in half and had to glue them anyway. If you aren't looking for a kit that is easy to build the end result is a realistic looking garbage can that adds to the scenery.
