A tiny and simple kit of a German Light Armored vehicle, but nicely done.
The Sd.Kfz.222 was the most produced Light Arm. vehicle of the Wehrmacht (some 1000). This kit consists of two plastic sprues in tan coloured plastic and a small fret of etched brass for the 2cm turret mesh. Given the fact that this is a really very small kit, the detail of the mouldings is sharp and well-defined, and the design of the parts looks well thought out. The main section of the vehicle suspension is moulded as a single piece which makes the assembly simple and relatively straightforward. Although simple, the suspension has a good amount of detail. The inclusion of the brass fret with this kit is a nice feature, especially for the mesh turret. Cons: Bad qualilty of decals, they break easily. The MG-34 lacks detail. the spare wheel position is wrong (this can be solved). Overall a very good kit with bad decals, nonetheless, ICM its the best way to build this vehicle in 1/72.
