This kit was a nice weekend build for me. There were no fit issues to speak of. Careful parts alignment and sanding will eliminate all of them. The cockpit detail is minimal, but passable. You can build the canopy open or closed. It has options for 3 airplanes which was as well. The optional AA missiles help finish off the completed model. I did add some fishing line and wire to the gear bay and landing gear struts to make them a bit more detailed. The only issue I encountered was the nose radome not being lined up on the seam. You must mask and paint about 3 or 4mm forward of the seam to get the right size radome. If you paint along the seam, it ends up being much too large. This would be a nice build for anyone with glue experience. I am thinking of getting another to do the blue/gray scheme to compliment my desert cammo bird.

With all the other kits out of production, this currently stands as the best 1/72 kit of the Mirage 2000C variant! It includes excellent detail of the surface and a great amount of payload. Decal sheet for Desert Storm includes the option for 3 different aircraft, 2 for the French and 1 for Saudi Arabia.

The plane is a good model for all modelers. The inst are good and paint chart is good to. The cockpit has some detal and a piot. The parts fit well a little sanding is needed the landing gear can be showen up or down with some work. The decals are easy to use. A good plane for all.
