Reviews : Italeri WWII German Tiger Tank

This kit is a great addition to any collection of German armor from World War Two. The kit is straight forward and the directions easy to understand with a little studying of the drawings. I used the model for showing off some other than kit crew figures that go well with any German armor piece. I painted the camouflage pattern using all acrylic craft paints and like most of my models used some detailing with weathering.

Italeri had an older version of the kit, this is not that one, it's newer! This is good because the older one had some rather disappointing figures with it, and these look much improved. My favorite aspect of the kit was the seperate 'front grille' pieces that could be left in place or removed (which I did to help it look destroyed).

Nice German Tiger tank at 1/35 scale to build. It has a good price.
