Very nice M3 Scout Car.
This kit is a reissue of the old (1970s) ESCI molds. Nonetheless this is a very detailed and beautiful M3A1. With 77 pieces, it's not a difficult kit to build but it has a lot of small parts. The good news: a lot of separate tools, a complete drive train. The interior is all seating with no radio in sight. The doors open, the window hinges down, the armored windshield is two pieces so it can be open or closed. There are gas cans, knapsacks, tent rolls, shovels, axe, etc., all as separate pieces! Also, another nice detail: it comes with a .50cal M2, a .30cal 1917 and a M1 Garand rifle and two human figures. The bad: many sink holes. There are markings for four vehicles: U.S. 1st arm. division, Tunisia (Gral Patton's car), one Free French, and two Russian Army, This is a very nice kit for its age, with crisp detail. Recommended.
Great little kit from Italeri. Recommended
This little kit contains lots of details, permits multiple building options. Does not come with windscreen but provides template for making your own. Decals were great, instructions are clear, and easy build. Recommended.
not for beginners
