These are detailed HO products from JLI. I like they are ready to use, no assembly or painting needed. I have previously ordered ready to use tire racks and tires from JLI. These will be used with the tire shack kit ( RIX Products ) when I assemble that kit.JLI makes a lot of detailed products that are great for any one's layout
