Perfect scale and appearance
This tread plate works perfectly for industrial-type dioramas. I've used it to model a launch complex for my Mercury 9 model by Pegasus. I think it was helpful to put a black wash over the painted tread plate to enhance the detail since at N-scale, it's pretty small.
