This set comes with 8 figures and a pulpit. My set included 2 duplicate adults which I used elsewhere on my layout. It is just as well because black people are few and far between in model railroad accents. I staged my flock in a graveyard using Model Power's Black Iron Fence and Woodland Scenics' Tombstones to create a touching, realistic scene with the mourners and their children backed by the Deacon at his pulpit and a soloist holding her sheet music. You must find a place for this set on your layout. I highly recommend it.
