Hasn't changed much in 55 years
I build the original release of this kit back when I was in 5th grade - and it hasn't changed much. The plastic molding is clean with little flash to deal with and most of the parts fit pretty well. The instructions could be a little more detailed, but you can build by them. The moveable front suspension is real spindly and you MUST built it to match the template supplied on the instructions - if you don't get it right, then the front axle will get canted to one side or the other; which makes the body not want to fit the chassis well and it already doesn't want to fit well as it is. This kit was challenging to built at age 11 and it is still a challenge to build WELL at 66 years old. Still, I was glad to try to build it again.
