Reviews : MPC 1972 Chevelle SS454 Street Machine

Kit needs a LOT of modifications and scratch building,had to lower and move engine back,removed 3/16 from lower edge of seats,installed posts to mount rear of chassis,continued rear drip rails,body needed extensive careful sanding,mounted oval pad for ss grill emblem,replaced the rediculous terrible molded headlights with my own heat formed lenses and dished metal reflectors,not a kit for beginners,i wanted a 72 chevelle SS so i had to work with what MPC gives you,wheels are from AMT 70 orange camaro,too many modifications to list hear,i didn't want the wheel well lip moldings but i could have easily added them,not the best kit but not the worst either

The kit was pretty simple to assemble nothing bad to say about it looks great when finished
