A Good Acrylic gloss coat that has multiple applications
This works well over other Mission Model paints - it's not going to blind you with the light reflecting off of it, but you do notice the shine. Plus, you can mix it with the paint and achieve a glossy finish without an extra coat. You can even mix small amounts of it with a flat paint and create a satin or semi-gloss finish.
