Missing parts
*** NOTE - this item is only the crossbar, not the whole crossing signal *** I received this small kit 12/1/17. Started building and could go no further than step2, (arm assembly). The arm assembly is to be glued to the POST which is missing. The picture clearly shows crossing signals, and the railroad crossing sign the X which are missing. Instructions also show a base for the POST to go on so it can stand-up. Only decals are the red stripes, no decals RAIL ROAD CROSSING,last there is nothing to glue the four red lights to. I have looked all over for a dropped package but am sure the missing parts did not come with what I received. So I cannot recommend this item at this time.
