Reviews : Osborn Water Tower Kit

The stock thickness was large for n scale and I also had to add a sliver of wood to fill the gap in the tank wall. I need several water towers on the layout, so I'll put this one in the back. I look forward to trying this kit again.

Finished product is excellent-BUT! The tank wall would not fit seamlessly end to end so that I had to cut a sliver of basswood to insert in the gap! Building the support structure was easier once I added an addition to the supplied jig!

Iv been curious about this one for a while. I can't wait to put it together. If it is half as cool as it looks, then i will be happy 😊.

This seems to be a good representation of an older water tower that I remember when I was a kid. The detail seems to be up to specs.
