For a snap kit, the engineering is fantastic. No filing was done and only light sanding as the gaps are extremely tight. Wing to fuselage gap was the only major concern and is easily fixed with modeling putty and some light sanding. The kit gave landing gear options for retracted or extended gear, though no stand or pilot are provided - two pieces of information I would like to know before I buy a kit. But overall, the kit features great detail which includes very fine sunken panel lines and control surfaces, molded cockpit details and controls, and gun ejection ports. For my model, I used tissue paper and glued it to the gun openings to simulate gun tape. Then I painted the tissue paper flat red and then opened the gun ports with a sharp hobby knife to simulate the tape torn by firing guns. I replicated exhaust staining through a slight application of Tamiya pastels. I added antenna wiring with 0.15 music wire. The decals are top notch and are replicated as clear stickers. I used the decals and spare-boxed the stickers. Pros: Nicely detailed, crisp molding, tight fit to all parts. Cons: No pilot, no stand for retracted gear option, a sizable gap at the wing / fuselage join

This kit was given to me so I’m not sure where it was purchased, I see they are out of stock here. There are less gaps on this build than some of my other brand kits I’ve built. My issues are with the propeller shaft to long and wobbly. I cut the shaft shorter and ended up glueing the prop stationary to fix the wobble. It’s my only plane that doesn’t have a spinning prop. The canopy is also a pretty poor fit.

Well molded and mostly well fitting. The area around the wing root had a gap , but a little CA and putty took care of that. Decals are accurate , authentic and in register but a bit on the thick side. Get out the Micro sol & Micro set. I used the kit markings to build a 303 Squadron (Polish) model as a gift to a Polish friend. He liked the model and I liked the price.
