The box lists 12 poses; there are 11. That said, the 11 poses here are well-sculpted. Lots of great little details on each figure, particularly on the shield-bearers (shields are on a sprue, so you can mix and match) and polearm-user (arms wielding a polearm are on a sprue, so with some glue and patience, arm adjustment is possible). While there isn't much room for customization, there are enough poses that could allow for head/limb swaps.
