This kit offers 3 different sizes for you to model. I chose the smallest size and I had enough left-over material to scratch-build 3 small storage buildings! There are no cut-outs for the windows and doors so you must cut the openings yourself. The material is quite thick so it takes some effort. Also, you don't have much leeway because the sills are very small so cut carefully! Overall, a good value.

Had great experience using these products each time that I needed them. I would highly recommend using these products and add them to any model train layout.
