I needed a smal warehouse /factory for my layout and this kit looked promising and it was. The molding of th brick and windows was very good, crisp and sharp. This is another of those plastic design your own structure kits. Came with more than enough doors and windows. Here again you have to score and cut out the openings which took an hour or more to do and a couple of sharp hobby blades and a small file. One problem was that the 2 square black roof pieces were a bit too small and fell through the completed walls. Ok nothing is perfect. Heres what I did I used one the roof sections as the floor and painted like concrete. The other one I added 4 triangular gussets to the inside of walls and the completed roof section rested nicley on the walls flush. Which was good because I added 3 LEDs to the inside and I can remove the roof if need be or glue it down. Since I had no more roof pieces left I used a scrap piece of corragated metal roof left over from another Rix kit and made the small roof section over the office. All in all Im rather pleased and it is a nive addition. As a bonus the 2 pieces I cut out of the front wall for the overhead doors I used to make a small shed which sits in front of the building. The kind of shed that holds old drums, ladders scrap machinery. Good kit, see all my photos and have fun.
