Polar Lights Ford GT snap kit
Okay, where to start. Pros: nicely detailed interior and engine bay. Good decals. Builds up into a handsome replica of the LaMans winning GT. Cons: lots of flash at the mold ejector points. Flimsy assembly of engine, interior and suspension unless you glue it. Fidgety final assembly. Your best bet is to glue everything, lest parts fall off and go into a worm hole. This is not the kind of snap kit you buy for a child. It’s challenging for an adult, especially masking for paint. Know what you’re getting into before you get this kit. It is fun and challenging. Have at it!
excellent snap kit with lots of paint variations
These Ford GT snap kits are great. There are so many paint variations to build. I really like this particular kit because you build the body all closed up and don't have to build the engine and rear suspension. That saves a lot of time. I bought one fully detailed kit with the rear of the body that lifts-up to show off the engine and several of these snaps to park around it. It creates an awesome display on the shelf.
