The Cuda has to be one of the best kits for some extra detail and mild customizing of the suspension to accommodate aftermarket tires and get the right stance your looking for. The engine bay is large and easy to add details like plug wires, vacuum and fuel lines. The molded details in this kit are perfect and can be highlighted very easily. THE HOOD and the FRONT GRILL/BELLY PAN ARE THE ONLY ISSUES YOU WILL DISCOVER. The hood will not close flat and I had to shave the bottom of the Shaker and remove the rubber lip off the plate the shaker sits on. I also found the bellypan kind of clips over the bottom of the frame during final assembly but after it was in place, the sides of the belly pan DO NOT meet the bottom of the front fenders. I ended up with a small noticeable gap. I feel the belly pan should be cut to fit around the front of the frame and not over causing the part to be warped slightly.

This is a great kit. Molding is fantastic...very little flash and everything fits together nicely. Instructions are detailed and simple to follow. This is one of those kits that you're probably going to want to build 2 or 3 times...the stock version comes together beautifully, and is a legendary muscle car icon. But it's a fun kit to modify as well, either just slightly or all out. I just finished building a very slightly modified kit (dog dish wheels, hot rod black paint, black on black on black trim), and am getting ready to order a few more to add to my build queue so I can have a completely factory build, and a pro-touring inspired one too.

It has been twenty some years since I have built a model, this one was the second I had done since I started building again. Hardly any flash to remove, pieces went together easily and the finished product was outstanding. I used a metallic silver primer with a Testors custom candy purple and it turned out quite nice. The only downside, at least for me, is the molded in exhaust, made for a fun time trying to detail the chassis. Other than that, it's a good, quick model to put together and I'd more than gladly get a few more just to do different variations on it in color and do some kit bashing with it.

This kit is great representation of a Hemi Cuda. The details were nice and crisp. Very little flash to clean up. My only issue was the rear lower panel, had a devil of a time getting the exhaust to go though the panel. It took a little bit of work to get it to look right. Instructions were clear and my only complaint was the Hemi side decal only came in black. I painted it Lime green with a black interior. The finished kit looks great. I would recommend this kit.

This was a decent kit, although it was a little basic with a lower parts count. The biggest knock would be the exhaust molded into the chassis. Everything did fit nicely and the model went together without much problem which was a plus. The billboard decals went on nicely and look really good. I gave this kit a 4 because of the molded in exhaust, but with a little work and some extra detailing it can easily be turned into a 5 star build.

This is my first ever model that I actually completed. Most of the parts fit where they should. The only issue I had, was the hood was warped a little. I'm not much of that engine person(I like the look as they go down the road.), so I ended up cementing the hood on. So far it looks great(have some detail paint to do). When I finish I'm going to upload some pics to share. I'm really proud of this one(for the first one)!

First model I've built in over 25 years and I'm glad to have gotten back into the hobby. Thus far the parts fit great. Flash and mold lines are minimal. I feel the interior detail is a bit lacking and I wish the kit included white rear fender decals instead of only black. Otherwise I'm having a blast with this piece of Mopar muscle history.

All in all, this was a great build. However, I would have liked more options for customization. For example, some slicks for the back tires and maybe side exiting exhaust. I also would've like to see some options for the engine. If you're looking to build a showroom stock 71 Hemi Cuda, you can't go wrong with this kit.

Overall this was a great kit and a fun and easy build. I was able to easily add details and customization to the engine bay. I purchased after market wiring and a Mopar battery. Had to do a little bit of work to replace the original battery in the kit as I cut it out and added the other one.

As others have said goes together nicely. Just follow the instructions. I would recommend not gluing the back valance before paint, it will make putting the chassis in difficult and tight. Other than that this kit is very enjoyable to put together

Bought this to follow up my Roadrunner build. Currently sitting in the paint booth drying from the first few coats of peak white paint. The parts have been fitting together fine. very little sanding and trimming required. Really well built mold.

This car went together so quickly and easily! The only reason it took me 15 hours is paint takes it's sweet time drying, but thats irrelevant. I would recommend this to any beginning modeler with $20 for the car, paint, and model cement (glue).

This was a great build, everything went together easily with no problems. The only thing I found awkward was this kit being a 1/24 scale sitting next to 1/25 scales seemed out of place, with that said I would still build another one.

Well we’re do I begin the frame was not straight had to blow dryer get straightened out, did get it together than had issue painting . I think this must just be bad week in half because I normally do not have issue like this

Loved everything about this model except I had a hard time getting the hood to fit over the shaker; had to shave a lot more plastic than I thought would be necessary. Otherwise, a great looking 'Cuda!

great kit if you like mopar this is a good one easy and fast assembly if you have never built a model or like me not in several years this is a good kit to start with. will post pics when done

This model was a easy build. I added an aftermarket distributor cap and wires with little modification. Also you could paint this model just about any color.

This kit was one of those kits that just went together so nicely. Very clean, detailed, and just fun to put together. Definitely one of my favorites. Enjoy.

Lots of detail and great model to build,a little trouble with the front end didnt want to line up but is worth the effort

Everything fit together really nice and it looks really good put together. Not a lot of flash. Very minimal mold lines.

once again superior molds from revell beat amt and mpc hands down novice builders should stick with this manufacturer

This is a MOPAR lovers dream model. Has the big block hemi and the shaker hood. Looks perfect in plum crazy purple.

for the price you can't go wrong. solid build in/out and leaves opportunity for so many color combinations.

Not a bad kit for the money, great for a beginner, not a lot of parts or detail but a fun kit nonetheless.

It came a week early I went out to get purple paint just for this car can’t wait to put this together

wanted to build a car when true time this is one of them lets me be explorer from a different time
