All around excellent model. Parts clean and fit perfectly. Well designed kit where part connections were well thought out. I didn't use all of the decals. I prefer a cleaner look. I took away a star because the decals seemed flimsy and easy to tear compared to others I've used. Some curled over when I took them from the backing sheet, and I couldn't get them straight again. Some got destroyed trying to fix that. Otherwise, very good, especially directions. Although I do wish Revell Germany would add a few more words of instruction. Some of the illustrations were hard to decipher. Some were small portions of a larger part where it was hard to tell where I was. It is worth building. I did the standard version with a few less decals. I hope they get it back in stock as I'd like to try again with a different color scheme now that I better understand the kit.

This is a great high-parts kit. The model sits low to the ground and tight in the wheel wells if the shell is adhered to the chassis. The rear diffuser vanes are scaled too thick, which can easily be sanded/grinded down with a dremel (or remedied by purchasing an aftermarket detail kit). I replaced the toy-looking safety net with a scratch built one made from thin strips of masking tape. A star was removed from the review as my kit came with two driver's door windows. However, it looks pretty good with the side windows omitted.

I am extremely happy with this newer kit. It is easier to put together now that I’ve done a few more models then when I attempted the 2001 corvette c5r. It’s no kit for a novice as now I know not to get parts flipped or on the wrong side. I’m happy with the way it fits together and goes together smoothly. Very nice kit I’m impressed.

Model with good details. I just wish there was a way to display the internal parts and the body separately because there's a lot of details in the inside.

Has some flash, very littie warpage. Otherwise Clean easy build. Build subassemblys and paint. Have a good time.
