The German Katyusha
The Sd.Kfz. 4/1 was a halftrack armed with 15cm Panzerwerfer 42 rocket launchers, it was a derivate of the maultier family. The box comes with 6 sprues with 137 pieces injected in plastic and a vinyl sprue with the two tracks of the kit. Roden kits are usually difficult to build, this one is no exception. I found the plastic a little hard and thick, in sprue A I found a little burr, but the kit is very detailed and will not compromise the final result of the assembly. The nebelrwerfer is well detailed as well as the engine of the vehicle that with 14 parts. Decals: well printed and crisp, but with excess film. The many small parts this kit has tend to break or bend easily. Despite everything said, with a lot of effort, a beautiful model can be created here. And Roden is the only option of this interesting vehicle in 1/72, so I recommend it.
Easy
For a 1/72 it's really easy, i have had 1/72 scale with a lot more detail than this one, tracks were twisted when I opened the box other than that it gives me a break from the more detailed models.
worst model i ever did
first roden model i ever did and will be the last to many steps and small parts details were bad the hole track system was cheaply made the parts didnt fit good overall a bad model
