A Decent Kit at a Very Fair Price
Wanted to add a small loading dock with a building. Needed to expand it a little since the freight will require a larger area. Its fairly simple to assemble and particularly like the provided opaque window covering. It diffuses the interior lighting perfectly. The stairs are a little challenging to assemble but that's pretty much n scale. Another included item is the exterior corner bead to cover wall junctions. Nice! Care needs to be taken when cutting and fortunately with only a couple of splits, had enough to complete. Picture to follow. Would love to know where to get the corner bead.
Not included in the kit is the scratch built foundation and ramp. A customized roof was used to assist in eliminating light leakage Interestingly, large size 8.5x11 assembly instructions are provided, a nice plus, especially compared to some other kits with far more parts and detail squeeze them in on a minimally sized sheet at 5pt type.
Are there better kits, yes.. but at the $10 price point, very pleased with the outcome.
