Decent Kit
This kit can be made to look quite good. One just has to be patient and allow the pieces to dry thoroughly as you go. The walls are extremely thin. Even using the recommended bracing, they still warp while gluing and painting. Placing weight on top of the pieces while drying does help. I had trouble getting the walls to fit snuggly around the base. I decided to eliminate the corner boards that the instructions called for and had no problems after that. I just used the thin boards that are provided as corner trim to cover the edges. There is also no mention in the instructions of using thin trim for facia boards on the roof edges. This is an option that I chose to add. There is no door opening on the center wall on the inside of the house. I would recommend if you are going to use lighting, cut an opening before gluing the center wall in place (This just happens to one of the first steps). This is definitely not a kit for a beginner, but I would recommend it for the experienced modeler.
