Good kit!
I’ve never been what could be called a rivet counter but after watching the movie Memphis Belle for about ten thousandth time I figured it was time to model it. The kit is typical Revell and for me it was more then adequate for my needs. If you are a rivet counter then I’m sore some scratch building or after market could make this a amazing replica.
A great piece of history
A bit low on detail, but loaded with fun!! It's always nice to take it easy with a Rev, and this is a wonderful plane to build. At this scale, the iconic nose art is tiny, but 1/48 B-17s are HUGE.
