A hard on after 4 years away from hobby
The parts have very little to no flashing, a major plus in my book. All the pieces dry fit great until time to place engine onto the chassis. From there everything went south. Had to modify most pieces and was not able to place driver after placing steering column. Instructions are not very clear in lots of areas. Especially in relation to the metal pieces, and they are so small they were, for me, impossible to work with. Granted, I have not worked on a model in 4 years. I have purchased another brand of this jeep Willey so as to compare the ease of the assembly process. So far, the instructions are better laid out and detailed. Will post pics of the tamiya brand once completed. I would recommend, but for a more advanced hobbyist.
