An easy weekend build
If you are interested in naval guns, this is a nice easy kit to cut your teeth on. It's construction is very simple, the instructions easy to understand and you can easily build it over the weekend, including paint drying time. The inclusion of a metal barrel is nice. that way you don't have to worry about fixing/covering up a seam. There are no decals or PE parts to deal with, which really speeds up the building process. After doing a couple of these gun kits, I have to say that I am really liking Takom's kits so far.
